This vintage Victorian era dark green wool velvet trim short crop coat bolero spencer jacket dates from 1900. It is made of a dark green color wool fabric, with a forest green velvet collar, button trim accents and woven silk damask weave brocade ribbon trim front opening. This glorious green short crop coat bolero walking suit spencer jacket bodice has a fitted tailored style, a fold over collar, gathered shoulders, long tapered sleeves with button trim cuffs, pleated details, front hook closures and is fully lined in a dark green silk fabric. The jacket measures 17 inches long, with a 35 inch bust, 28 inch wait and 24 inch long sleeves. It is in good as-is condition, with a few tiny moth nip holes, some missing button trim and slight fraying on the inside silk lining. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable antique Victoriana art!
