It features two spring loadedcoin holders, a mirror that opens with a second compartment a spring loaded money clip or notes holder. The front has a line and hatch design from top to bottom and a engraved \"W E\" in an old english style script. I do believe this is silver not plated. There are no makers marks but it does have a sterling stamp on the money clip in the inside.This piece measures L. 3 3/4\" x W. 2 1/4\" x D.1/4\" The wrist chain is 8\" linearlong (approx).Normal wear and a slight ding has happened over time.
