This is a wonderful light weight 3 piece Victorian bustle dress in blue and pink cotton. The bodice is fully lined and is adorn with ivory lace trim and gold and pearl buttons. The over skirt a is in the matching blue fabric and has ivory lace along the bottom in the front. The underskirt is not lined to keep cost down for the buyer and had matching blue trim along the bottom. Measurements are as follows:
