A beautiful antique Victorian period mans short sterling silver watch chain ,this fine unusual chain is a fancy item with each part and link hallmarked for A.S = Albert Sydenham of Frederick St Birmingham , the date letter w = 1896. the fob is Victorian also with Laurel wreath decoration ,the hallmarks J.A = James Alexander [ fob maker ] sterling , date letter x = 1897 , this has some initials that may polish off . some small use marks it will polish up well, please take a look at photos . ,the size approx 8 \" long ,the fob length of chain 2.3/4\" approx ,Ideal for a fine pocket watch collection .the chain appears ready to fit a waist coat pocket from a close button hole , The photos are shown enlarged and show most of the very fine detail .New to the market from a small private house clearance Victorian sterling silver fancy link watch chain with fob 8\" long A.S 1896 Victorian sterling silver fancy link watch chain with fob 8\" long A.S 1896
