Unit does power up, but has not been fully tested, therefore selling as is. Some lite nicks and scuffs around, but nothing major. I did not see model number on unit, but similar units where marked PRC 100, not quite sure if this is model numb er of unit. Video enhancer looks to be able to used for VHS video transfer.
