This antique cake plate has a very art deco feel with its Gilded border and black lined edging around the inner circle of the plate. Fabulous hand-painted pink and berry colored cabbage roses surround the outer portion of the cake plate. I think wide border of gold is around the outer circle of the plate as well as the handles. It\'s a beautiful cake plate! It measures 11 inches across from handle to handle. The piece is marked Vienna Austria on the back . It is in very good condition with minor if any signs of use. No chips cracks or crazing.
