Vietnam War - Knife That Belonged To Captain John D. Dalhouse, U.S.M.C. (K.I.A.). It was purchased from the estate of Captain John D. Dalhouse, U.S.M.C. who was killed in action July, 1968 at Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam. He served with Co. D, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines, 3rd Marine Division (Rein), FMF. The knife is a Puma White Hunter with a 6\" polished blade and a 4\" stag handle. The blade has rust pitting near the handguard and along the blade\'s edge. There is also light rust on the tang edge between the stag handles. The matching brown leather Puma scabbard has a few light scuff marks. We are selling just the knife & scabbard. We have included a photo of Captain Dalhouse\'s dog tag and virtual wall document for verification of knife\'s history. We will be offering other items that belonged to Captain Dalhouse shortly.
