I try my best to describe each item. I thoroughly check each piece for stains, tears, or any defects but do keep in mind these are pre-owned pieces and may have some gentle wear/imperfections. I always check each piece one more time before shipping it off. If I notice a major flaw I will send you a message, refund your money, and send a request to cancel the transaction. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I try my best to inspect each item really well, but I\'m only human and may miss something.

Most of my items are pre-owned, so I do not know the history of the item. They have *NOT* been professionally cleaned and may come accompanied with some smells/scents (perfume, laundry detergent scents, musty due to storage, etc). This applies to NWT/NWOT items as well as they are stored together with pre-owned items.If you have a very sensitive sense of smell or allergies, please be aware before offerding/buying, and if this is going to be an issue I’d kindly ask you not to offer/buy from me.Please also note that due to the volume of clothing, I do not always wash clothing prior to shipping. Some items may be wrinkled.It is the buyer\'s responsibility to wash items prior to wearing.

In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, items may be crammed into the bubble/poly mailer so please be careful when opening your item. I cannot be accountable for damages made to the item after it has been received. Your item will probably need to be ironed/pressed. If this is going to be an issue, please send me a message saying you want your item to be shipped in a bigger envelope or box and I will send you a *special* shipping quote.

If you need your item by a certain date, please ASK BEFORE BUYING so that you can make sure I can accommodate your request. I don’t ship on weekends.

If you need specific measurements, please try to ask as soon as possible. I have lots of items so it may take a while to find the piece you\'re asking about. Measurements are approximates and taken as best as my measuring tape allows. If you have doubts or need me to measure something a particular way, please contact me and I will try to accommodate your request to the best of my ability.

Payment is expected within 3 days. If you need more time, please contact me so I know and there should be no problem. Buyer is responsible or any/all shipping charges associated with the transaction, and I cannot be held accountable for items lost in shipping.
