A fine and impressive vintage 1.46 ct diamond, platinum and 9 karat white gold ladies cocktail watch in the Art Deco style; part of our diverse collection of ladies dress watches

This impressive 1940s ladies watch has been crafted in 9k white gold with a platinum case.

The rectangular cream watch face displays black Arabic numerals within a minute marked track style chapter ring, and is fitted with black steel dauphine hands.

The Art Deco style platinum bezel is embellished with thirty-eight, eight-cut diamonds.

Two convex designs, each decorated with three additional, eight-cut diamonds are vertically displayed to either side of the watch face.

The sides of the watch case are ornamented with a band of chased decorated scroll and stylised leaf designs.

This fine vintage diamond cocktail watch is fitted with a white gold bootlace style strap which secures to the reverse with a plain hallmarked 9k white gold flip clasp

The hallmarks to the clasp include the 9k mark (9 ct), and the inscription \"LONDON MADE X4117\".

This manual wind watch is fitted with a Swiss made manual movement.

The 1940s dress watch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card

The diamond embellished watch case has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.

Condition

This vintage cocktail watch is fine quality, set with very high color graded, high clarity graded diamonds.

The watch is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition with very clear hallmarks struck to the clasp.

The movement has been professionally cleaned and serviced, and is in full working order. If necessary AC Silver is happy to assist you with any repair query in the future, however as this item is vintage we are unable to guarantee parts will be replaceable.

Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of vintage jewellery/estate jewelry.
