Beautiful Condition. No Tags The Size measures about 38. Please read the measurements. This is a vintage U.S. Navy Pea coat. 10 button however it is missing 1 button under the left side collar. The pockets have corduroy lining. The chin strap is attached. This has button holes on both sides so it can be buttoned either way. The lining is in very good condition. There is one small pocket (lower left side) one one larger right chest pocket on the inside. Two outside pockets. The Chest measures 20.5 inches from pit topit. The length is 30 inches. The sleeve is 24 inches. The shoulders are 18 inches. Please remember it is missing one button under the collar
