We are an independent dealer of fine modern and vintage watches. We are not an authorized agent of any of the brands whose watches we sell. We’re not affiliated with Rolex USA or Rolex International. All Rolex and Tudor watches offered by us are pre-owned and we’re the sole warrantor, if warranty is noted. We can’t guarantee that these timepieces are waterproof unless the watch is Brand New.

We make every effort to provide accurate information and all details regarding every item.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Payment must be received within 48 hours from the closing date of the sale, unless noted. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the sale’s close the sale will be forfeited and the item will be re-listed. We accept PayPal with confirmed address.

7% Sales Tax will apply to all items shipped to New Jersey.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Shipping takes place 2-4 days from a cleared payment. We ship to a verified address. The Shipping address must be the same as the Billing address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We ship internationally via United States Postal Services or whichever carrier delivers to your destination.

Requests for return authorization will be considered ONLY if the item is not as described in our listing or photographs or in our item description.

Returns without our written authorization will not be accepted.

If and when a return is authorized the buyer will secure packing and shipping, and adequate insurance to our facilities.

The item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was initially received, including all boxes, manuals, and packing supplies, or all returns are null and void.

Returns will be finalized and refunded only when the item is in our possession, and the item and enclosures (if present) are inspected and are 100% complete and the same as originally sold.
