It has 3 minor dents but is a lovely design and ready to wear. The circumference is 7.5” and the clasp works perfectly.SHIPPING COST :
I ship mainly with USPS. I ship mainly Priority Mail. When practical, I combine items into a single package, charging only for the additional weight of the package.
