Item Description:
This sale is for a beautiful old pocket watch. It does not work, it seems to be wound too tight. I shook it and it ran for a couple of minutes and stopped. The watch measures 40mm wide. The front has a pretty enamel picture of a lady. There are a few small dings/scratches on the picture. The back has a purple inlayed piece which also has some scratches on it. There is engraving on the front and back.
The inner movement cover is marked Jules Mathey, Locle, No 93706. The outter lids are stamped 10346 T J 93706.
It comes with a key and also a hard case which is not original to the watch but will be good to protect it for shipment.
The watch case is gold filled.
