A Really Nice Rare \'\'TAKE SIMMONS LIVER REGULATOR\'\' Mechanical Clock made by the Ansonia Clock Co.
The Clock works great as well as the second hand. The face is somewhat faded but the case/body is in very good condition.
It is about 6 1/4\'\' tall X 5 5/8\'\' wide X 2 3/4\'\' deep and weights 1 lb 11 oz.
\"TheAnsonia Clock Company was one of the major 19th century American clock manufacturers. It produced millions of clocks in the period between 1850, its year of incorporation, and 1929\" when it was bought by Soviet Russia.
BUT very few Simmons Liver Regulator clocks survive.
