I do not know how to rate or grade books so I am going to describe what I see by looking at the book:

Soft cover has a lot of wear and fading. Some of the binding edge is tearing. Some writing on cover. Inside pages have a lot of writing in pencil and pen. Pages have yellowing and age spots and marks. Some pages are bent/creased and some have rips/tears.

Nice little vintage book for any collector!
