1920\'s Silk dress-2 piece set for repair or pattern-Deco buckle is amazing!!!!
This 2 piece set is so beautiful but sadly the silk has several places where the delicate fabric is shattered with random holes.
NOTE: Please read my complete description before offerding on this dress.
The dress features a open side belted overlay that appears to be hand embroidered-the shoulder areas are deteriorating as well as the upper part of dress-the overlay also has a few random smallholes throughout. The bottom of the panel overlay dress is weighted at hem line (one weight front and back) The double disc shapedbelt buckle shows some wear butis just lovely with highly detailed old plastic.
The underslip/dress has shattering at the shoulders and throughout upper partas well as some discoloration-the fabric is fragile and deteriorating. There are random holes in body of dress and I can see where the silk is starting to shatter there as well-the under slip has pleated sides and snaps down back.
This dress set is being sold AS IS AS FOUND-This dress should not be considered wearable but the style would be a great study for pattern and the belt could be used.

Top piece-44\" long from shoulder to hemline-each panel is 13\" wide-belt is 18 3/4\" across

15\" across from edge of shoulder at arm hole to edge of shoulder at arm hole.
