Today (and possibly tomorrow if I don\'t get to finish them all today) I am listing several sales of antique Valentine\'s Day cards. All starting with LOW opening offers and .

Please note the cards are approximately 100 years old and all may have some degree of expected age soiling, spots,yellowing,minor creases and small tears. I will note anything major above in the condition description but I think you can also tell the condition from my photos. If I have neglected to mention something important to you please ask and I will respond as soon as I am able.
None are faded ~ the colors are FABULOUS (if you see light spots in my photos they were due to the camera flash).
This is for two circa 1920\'s cards.
Tea cup is mechanical ~ when you raise the upside down cup a pretty little girl dressed in pink is revealed. Written on the side of the cup is \"TO MY VALENTINE\". Marked on back with a square easel and paintbrush ~ a capital letter \"G\" is in the center of the easel and below that it reads \"PRINTED IN USA\". Measures 6 1/2\" x 3 1/2\" when the teacup is in the closed position. Writing on back as shown. I LOVE how the teacup yellowed (the pattern along the sides of the cup look like natural shading.
The other is a pretty little girl with a huge blue bonnet with pink roses. She is holding a sign that reads \"DAINTY MAID WITH HAT SO FINE WILL YOU BE MY VALENTINE?\" Below that is written in gold \"TO MY TRUE LOVE\" and it it signed \"MG HAYS\". Marked \"ERNEST NISTER LONDON\" and \"EP DUTTON & CO NY\". Has an easel back and is able to stand on it\'s own. Has not been written on. Measures approximately 4\" x 6\".
