We are pleased to offer for sale this wonderful early vintage Supertone 5 string banjo. I\'m not certain what model this is as the label is too worn too read, but I was told this was most likely a 1920\'s \"Dixie Wonder\" model made by Wm Lange.
Has beautiful ivory colored celluloid inlaid neck & headstock, ivory celluloid edge binding, and a 38 lug \" nickel plated pot. Measures 34 5/8\" overall, the pot measures 10 7/8\" in diameter.
Very good condition for its age. Has one missing inlay, missing & replaced tuners, and a hairline surface crack to the headstock as shown.
