Vintage green limpleather bound book \'\'The Cricket on the Hearth\'\' by Charles Dickens,published by Collins Clear-Type Press, no publication date given,but I have seen similar books dating from around the 1920s. Thegreen spine has faded to a khaki colour, but the gilt titles thereonare still bright, as are the titles on the front. Colourfrontispiece, white shiny pages with colour border decoration. Pagesnot numbered but the book is about half an inch thick.
