Offered is a vintage 1930\'s Horsman Doll Company24\" \"Rosebud\" Composition Mama Doll in All Original Condition and Original Outfit. She has open close sleep eyes, open mouth with teeth and vivid painted face color. She has a blonde curls wig with original hair pins and big pink bow ribbon in front. She obviously was made during the time of Shirley Temple\'s fame. She has a composition head with swivel neck on shoulder plate, full composition arms, cloth body with composition legs. The doll has a voice box but it no longer makes sounds. The doll comes wearing her originalblue satin dress with lace accents, white panties & slip dress, white sock and white shoes. She has a pink ribbon waist and has a beautiful glass flowers beads necklace. The doll has been stored away for years and is in very cleangood condition, I cant say mint condition because she does have some minor flaws from age and storage. The doll has a small split in surface under bottom lip and under nose. She has \"swollen\" area on eyelids next to nose caused from storage, cold to hot etc. The sides of her legs both have some early splits in seams. These are minor but please see photos for a close up view.
I purchased this doll from original owner\'s estate. This doll was in her original box but because of age and storage, it was fragile. The box now is in pieces do to curious people opening andlooking inside, as you know the boxes are fragile and it was sad to see this happen. So if you would like the pieces of the box, I will include and you can possibly reconstruct.
