Theme of the plaque is called \"First Aid\".
The plaque is a multicolored swirl and the scene of the dog aiding his dogs paw is a paper decal/sticker.

There is a hook still attached, but missing the ring. There was a paper sticker on the back, but it is now gone. The paper scene on front has some paper loss particularly along the edge (see pics). The thermometer still has red liquid...does not show segmentation.... Still works as of this listing. Minor nicks on the outer edge of the underside (see pics)
