The fan is working but must have a short because it slows down and stops once in a while. The fan also isn\'t very fast I don\'t know if that\'s the way it is or its just age. The wire looks like it has damage but I didn\'t unwrap the electrical tape becauseI don\'t know how to repair these cords.The swivel that adjust the fans position works fine.
