Antique c.1930s Lithographed Tin Wind Up Drummer Toy by J. CheinLight Blue Lithographed Pants ~ Red Coat ~ Dark Blue ShakoThere is a fixed wind key on the left side ~ The winding mechanism turns but is binding up. You can turn it in the working rotation and the arms will move as the key is turned. The mechanism does bind up when trying to wind it up though. This antique Chein toy is in in good condition ~ showing some mild scratching to the tin from display and use. Measures approx. 8-3/4\" TallPlease see attached pictures
