Vintagereliquary medal from the 1930s. Embedded in this tiny glass pendant is a small piece of cloth on a red background and encased in glass. It is inscribed around the edge in raised letters: \"Tela Toccata Alla S Lingua Del Santo Padova\" which translates to \"Cloth touched by the holy tongue of St. Anthony of Padua\". The reverse side of the medal features a highly detailed raised image of St. Anthony holding the Infant Jesus in his arms.It is considered a relic recognized by the Catholic Church. lt measures approximately 1/2\" in diameter. The silver, non-magnetic medal features a piece of cloth protected under glass. The Vintage Catholic Religious Saint Anthony Relic Medal is in Very Good to Excellent Condition for its Considerable Age, with little wear noted from many years of storage.Cord rope chain necklace is around 8 years old and in very good shape.
