Vintage 1935 Wiley Post and Will Rogers Commemorative Terrestrial Globe Lamp:

The lamp was made by the GibraltarElectric Clock Company that produced clock cases and lamp bases from the late19th to mid-20th centuries.

The lamp is in very nice conditionfor its age and you can tell it was well cared for. One of the threadedthumbscrews the hold the globe in place seems to be a little miss aligned sowhen that one is screwed in, it lifts the globe on one side. The lamp turns onand off just fine.
