BEAUTIFUL Vintage 1939 Horsman Doll CO, \"Baby Precious\" A Gold Medal doll. This pretty angel measures 20.5\". She is made from composition (Head, arms and legs) with a cloth stuffed body. She has a blond mohair wig (original) that is soft. Slight crazing on her arms and legs (ZOOM in on photos for better detail) which does not detract from her beauty. Her blue open and close eyes have real human hair lashes that are all there. Lovely original face paint. She is a \"Mama\" doll, but her crier no longer makes sound.
She is wearing a gorgeous organdy (?) Dress with smocking on the bodice in a very ale blue, and matching ruffled bonnet that frames her face. Her little shoes are a soft fabric and tie in front.

The dolls have all been extremely well loved and well cared for, many include their original layettes, furniture and accessories. Most of the items are from the 1920\'s, 1930\'s, 1940\'s and 1950\'s. Please keep in mind, this dates them to anywhere from 60-90 years old! Many, if not most, of the items are in remarkable condition despite their age.The owner of these dolls is now retiring and downsizing their estate, after several years of doll collecting.
