Anyone else out there like “Loud Tickers”? lol

This is a really nice looking Wrist-Fit watch from the E.Ingraham company. I think the code of 1240 on the back of the movement dates thewatch to 1940. This one is in great shape! The case, dial, and movement arevery clean looking. The crystal has yellowed a bit but I’ll leave it up to youto decide if it should be replaced. It never bothered me. The movement wasserviced; runs strong and seems to be keeping good time. I find on a watch likethis you need to go a couple minutes past the time when setting the time, thenmove the hand back to the proper minute because the gears on these aren’t verytight, so if you just set the time at the proper time, it may take a minutebefore the minute hand starts moving. It also has a great looking vintagebracelet. I don’t know if it is the original one to the watch, but it is theone that was on the watch when I bought it years ago. It’s a lot of fun towear!

The case is 28mm wide not counting the crown, and 42mm longincluding the lugs. See photos for more details.
