Such an interesting and unique cookie jar!
Features Donald Duck on one side and Jose\' (Joe) Carioca Parrot on the other...thus the \"Turnabout\" Cookie Jar term.
Jose\' (Joe) was the \"dapper parrot\" created by Walt Disney as Donald Duck\'s friend from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as part of the Saludos Amigos, The Three Caballerosand Melody Time.
This Cookie Jar has the \"cold paint\" method and in typical cold paint fashion, it\'s rubbed off in areas over in on all my photos and enlarge by double clicking on the largest picture.

CONDITION: In good vintage condition. Paint rubs, as pictured. Has some original flaws, on the bottom, as pictured--and on the inside top rim, as pictured. The top of the cookie jar rim has a couple fleabites that have been there for many, many years.
