Here is a fantastic collection of 7 Halloween Honeycomb Hats by Beistle Bee Line and H.E. Luhrs....These hats are very rare to find as you do not see too many of them due to their delicate nature...Combine that with the honeycomb that is in great condition on these hats and it is truly hard to find...There are 5 Hats marked H.E. Luhrs and 2 with the Bee Line mark. This honeycomb band hat was made by Beistle from 1948-1952. They issued this with at least two variations, and both are included here...Both have the Bee-Line mark that Beistle used only during this narrow window....There are 5 Honeycomb band Hats with Halloween imagery surrounding the band and a central larger image on the front of the hat...There are 3 different image patterns and two duplicates...There are 5 hats total from Luhrs...The Honeycomb is in excellent condition on all hats as they have never been worn or used in that manner...Harder to find a better honeycomb as you will see in the picture...These hats are 70 years old!
