Vintage 1940s dress. Patriotic! Perfect example of a WWII era American dress, maybe even made for V Day celebrations. Found nestled among a trove of WWII era love letters and correspondence.

Crisp white waffle texture cotton. Red and blue wavy cording adds dimension at borders. Monochrome waistband and pleating at skirt. Short sleeves. Metal zipper down side.
