Very nice \"true\" Vintage Ladies Princess Style Coat with attached hood, tie belt and pockets. Size is small or extra small, in American sizes it\'s probably about a junior size 3 or 5. Style is of the 1940\'s, estate sale find, but no tags at all so possibly home-sewn, and I can\'t be absolutely sure of the age. Fabric is wool or wool blend, medium weight suitable for spring in shades of brown. I couldn\'t find any issues or holes in the outside fabric. There are some \"light\" stains in the lining which should come out, (I only saw them when I was examining the coat in bright sunlight) and the stitching in the armpit is coming loose, other than that the lining is good- just wrinkled. All the buttons are there, I think they are plastic, but they could be bakelite.Bust (flat unstretched) 17 inches across (all measurements are across one side)

shoulder to sleeve edge 27 inches -sleeve can be rolled to a nice deep cuff or unrolled completely
shoulder to hem 45 inches longThis is a great piece for the petite lady-fits up to about 95-100 lb 5 foot 6 inch body so please measure carefully. Arms are very long but please be mindful of shoulder measurement. There are no funny smells and this coat is ready to wear as it is, but it could stand a good dry cleaning or steaming.
