Nancy Ann Abbott./Marked “Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls. Inc., San Francisco, CAL.” on bottom of stand and “STORY/BOOK DOLL, USA, PAT. APP. FOR\" on back of doll. Made in USA. Circa late 1940s. Approx. 5-1/4” tall.

Sorry, can’t figure out the name of this doll (missing wrist tag). Any help would be appreciated. She is wearing a flower print dress with lace, a blue felt hat with ribbon and white bloomers. She has brunette hair, painted black dot eyes, painted eyebrows and red lips.

Outfit is clean with no rips, tears, frays or moth holes. Dress is held together by a silver safety pin). Felt bonnet has some fading and light pilling. Hair is clean with no cuts. Face is clean with no cracks or loss. Body has no cracks or breaks. Both arms are still attached. “Frozen” legs do not move and body is one piece. Shoes are painted on feet and left foot has loss (mostly on bottom) with side loss on right foot. Both feet have no chips. The plastic and metal stand is clean with no cracks or breaks.

Missing wrist tag. No box.

From a non-smoking, pet-free Environment.
