This is the most sought after stereo viewer ever made! It is a Realist Green Button AC / DC Viewer made by theDavid White Company of Milwaukee. While I love the Kodak Kodaslide stereo viewers, I have to admit this one isthe mac daddy of them all. It is solid and well built. It has all the necessary adjustments: focus, Interocular, itoperates with electricity or 2 \"D\" size batteries (not included) While in AC mode, it has an adjustable rheostat orbrightness control. This one has the capabilities to do both AC and DC - many you will see on do not. Thisone comes with the original AC and DC cartridges! I\'ve had several people tell me how much better their slideslooked through this viewer! I\'m sure you will have a similar experience!Condition of the Viewer:It is built very tough, but does have some light wear which is so slight, it can barely be seen in my photos. I havetaken this one apart and cleaned the lenses - there is no haze or fog and they appear crystal clear. All electricalcontact points have been checked and cleaned. The focusing control makes this one far superior to the Kodaslideviewers since it has actual gears rather than a friction control. I have never seen one of these fowled. The cord issolid without breaks or cracks. The viewer is designed very well and it will continue to work for another 50 or 60years as it has done already.
Condition of the box:The viewer comes in it\'s original box with the original inserts and instruction booklet. While it does have wearmarks as can be seen in my photos, the box is sturdy with no split seams.
Condition of the Slides:Also included is 24 amatuer takenrealist format stereo slides taken of what appears to have been from vacations and around the house. The slidesall look awesome in 3D! The condition of all slides is excellent with nice bright colors and no damageor fading. The 3D is very cool!
