Here is a used cowl mounted antenna that we recently acquired. Unfortunately I don\'t have any idea what year or make of car it came from. It could have been used back in the 1940\'s all the way to the late 1960\'s. It is in good condition, but not quite perfect. This is a dual post antenna as there are 2 posts on the side. The base looks very good on one side, but the other side has a few very large pits on it. You can see those in the fourth picture. Other than those pits the rest of this antenna is excellent. The mast extends a long way and it is as straight as it can be, there are no bends or bows in it. It would look good on anything you want to mount it on.
