Gorgeous 1950s floral lace crinoline- never seen such a beautiful petticoat! Like new, no flaws, original Playwell Creations tag attached. Elastic waist measures 16” unstretched and will stretch comfortably up to 30” (really 32” but that is really it). 28” in length.
