This is a gorgeous Persian Lamb coat created under the name of Elsa Schiaparelli.She was an iconic early 20th century fashion designer, one of the first female designers to gain a wide reputation. She was known for her innovative and conversation-starting haute couture and she was a contemporary and rival of Coco Chanel (who took herself a little more seriously than Elsa and whom Elsa looked down upon as \"that milliner\").
Elsa Schiaparelli eventually licensed a line of high quality fur coats to be sold in department stores, and this beauty is one of them.
The Persian lamb on this coat is so soft, lustrous and luxurious to the touch. It\'s topped with a white variegated mink collar.It\'s lined with a logo lining and has all the proper labels intact.The sleeves are 3/4 length (very chic).Side seam pockets
