Disclaimer: I am not a Harley-Davidson expert, so the following is based on my research- I will describe the hat to the best of my ability. I am happy to answer any questions that you might have and take/send additional pictures if needed! Please don\'t hesitate to ask.

This rare vintage Harley-Davidson hat is, according to the tag,a Size L, Made in U.S.A., and the number 00014 is printed on the back of the tag.(Not sure if this might mean it was among the first ones printed of this style?)

I believe this to be a 1950\'s era captain hat in the \"Brando\" style. The logo on the front looks to be one of the original Harley-Davidson wingspans. The outer material feels like leather, although there is no tag to say for sure.

The hat is in good condition, but has 1) some tearing along the inner lining of the hat to reveal the black foam underneath, 2) a white smudge mark on the left edge of the brim of the cap, 3) some light imprinting on the top of the brim of the hat, 4) slight fraying around the embroidered part of the logo. None of this isespecially noticeable when wearing!

I am also throwing in a Harley Davidson bandana (from 1989)(which does havequite a bit ofwear and small tears in it), but I will throw it in as an extra, in case it is of any interest or value to you.
