Up for sale is a vintage 1950s radio, theMotorola 600, model 66L1. Its serial no. is10419. This has been in my basement for a loooong time. And....IT STILL WORKS! I was able to tune into a fewstations here in Boston (presumably AM). You may have to fiddle with the dial a bit though. It measures about 10.5\" x 9\" x 3\" overall.

As you can see from the pics, there is somewear& tear on it--it isvery old after all! The chrome is mottledin spots, the tuning dial has yellowed,and the overall black body and speaker areas have some marks, stains,and wear(especially on the bottom edges andcorners). The original power cord has some wearon it too. Please take a look at the pics and let me know if you would like close-ups of certain areas.

But in general, it\'s in pretty decent shape for something that\'s about 50-60 years old! You may be able to cleanitup better than I did--I just wiped it down and didn\'t spend much time on it. I have a 100% response rating, so buy with confidence!

The radio is heavier than it looks(about 6 lbs)--they built them solidly back then--so the shipping may be high, dependingon where you are (NJ versus CA for instance, and even higher for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico). It will be shipped via FedEx Smart Post, whichis the least expensive option available. However, if it\'s an address thatFedEx doesn\'t deliver to (like a P.O. Box),theUSPS cost will usually behigher (and there’s nothing I can do about that, sorry). Please allowup to 8 business days for delivery.
