This guitar is in good shape and is playable but the neck needs to be reset. Action at 1st fret is measuring to 1/8\" and 1/4\" at the 12th fret (measurements are approximate). There are small dents and scuffs throughout the body and fingerboard, dents around the headstock edges, buckle rash on the back, the finish is cracking throughout, \"Phyllis Jean\" has been painted on the top. Very little fret wear. Case is fairly worn, the compartment flap is torn off and just sitting in place. Please see the photos above; they are of the actual item for sale.
