Gorham Sterling Holloware1956 vintage sterling silver gravy / sauce boat, pattern 709. Flared boat shape with ribbed, upswept handle on oval under tray with notched rim (\"scalloped\" effect).Bears full Gorham hallmarks. Including pictorial hallmarks, it is marked: \"GORHAM\" \"STERLING\" \"709\" and \"6\" within a 5-sided polygon (indicating the year - 1956).Very good, pre-owned condition. No monogram. A couple minor nicks; light surface scratches - one tiny (1 cm)scratch on bottom of under tray where photo shows (see last 2 photos, on the very right edge of bottom of under tray - also, a very faint indentation just below and to left of scratch, barely perceptible as dent is so shallow). Nice condition for age. length: 7.5 inches
