Offering a wooden (possibly mahogany) pepper grinder or mill dating to 1958/60, with a sterling silver English hallmarked mount around the base and under the turning top. Bears the makers mark PG CO LD, the lion rampant denoting sterling silver and the leopards head for London as well as the date letter \'b\' for 1958/60.

The grinder is marked underneath \'Peter Piper Pepper Mill\' Park Green Made In England.

It measures 4\" tall and 1 7/8\" at the base in diameter.

It is in good working condition. There are some minor surface marks and bruises commensurate with its age and usage.
