I do not know how to rate or grade books so I am going to describe what I see by looking at the book:

Hardcover book has original dust jacket. The dust jacket has a rip in the front and has old tape on it that has yellowed. Dust Jacket has lots of rips and tears and creases/wrinkles. Some stains. Hard cover itself has some marks and wear, some stains and corner bending. Inside cover has some binding separation. Some pen writing on first page dated 1958. Pages have yellowing and age spots. Some creases and wrinkling on binding on pages. Inside back cover has some wear and stains, some wear at binding.

Nice vintage Helen Keller story book for any collection!
