Striking vintage Gold Tweed glaze pitcher by Royal Haeger,featuring a tall elegant neck, rounded body and brushed in 22 karat gold horizontal strokes around its entirety. GoldTweed was a unique glaze introduced by Haeger in the 1960’s. Original foil label still attached.

ROYAL HAEGER and USA is incised on the base, together withthe model number which is hard to read, but appears to be 2808.
Some chips and a crack are observed around the upper frontrim of the spout (please refer to final 2 photographs). There is also an area of glaze loss on the base over part of the word “royal” and a tiny nick in the handle which isnot visible to the naked eye. Even with these issues, bearing in mindthispitcher is over 50 years old, it still displays very nicely, as depicted.
