Greetings! Welcome to the Winter Volkswagen Toy sale. A fine selection of vintage Vw toys made of tin, diecast, and plastic are being offered. The Beetle (Käfer), Bus, Ghia, Oval, Split, and Notchbacks are all well represented. This group ranges in manufacture dates from pre-war to the early 1970s. The manufacturers include Dinky (England), Tekno (Denmark), Estrela Bandai (Brazil), Estrela Siku (Brazil), Bandai (Japan), Wiking (Germany), Tootsie Toy (USA), Matchbox (Hong Kong), Nomura (Japan), Tsubame Swallow (Japan), Taiyo (Japan), Kiyoshi (Japan), Yonezawa (Japan), Gama (Germany), and Schuco (Germany). They have long been a part of my personal 30 year collection, and are now available to add to your collection! This sale is for a gorgeous Vintage 1960s Bandai 10 inch SILVER BLUE Vw Beetle Japanese Tin in very near mint condition. This 50 year old model captures the lines of the iconic Beetle superbly. Normally found in red, the silver-blue color is a more difficult find. Features functioning battery operated bump-and-go, spinning motor fan, engine light, chrome trim, front and rear over-rider bumpers, rubber tires, tin Vw white wall hubcaps (light wear), tin litho interior, steering wheel, driver figure, front and rear plastic windows, clear engine lid, and retractable antenna. Shows only the most minor wear, a scuff to the roof near the rear window, and a tiny bit of oxidation. A real beauty! Worldwide shipping available. All packages will be safely and securely packed for shipping. USPS will be used for both domestic and international shipping. International customers should wait for the invoice to be sent before submitting payment. For all international packages, priority mail with tracking will be used to comply with paypal and suggested guidelines. Unfortunately, the cost is higher to send priority. Shipping to Italy may cost more than the estimate because of frequency of lost packages. I will combine shipping for multiple wins.
