New Electra-Perk! One Pound Can with Plastic Lid!

Up for sale is a Vintage 1960s Maxwell House Coffee Advertising Tin! This vintage tin can is for One Pound of “New Electra-Perk… Special for Electric Percolators” Maxwell House coffee. The coffee can has great advertising graphics and their signature slogan “Good to the Last Drop”. This coffee was made by the General Foods Corp. in White Plains, New York. The tin includes brewing instructions on the side as well as its matching plastic lid. The coffee can is from the mid- to late-1960s with its original 67¢ price stamp on the bottom. The tin measures about 4” diameter x 5½” tall. As shown in the photos, the coffee can is in very good condition for its age with nice bright colors and details. There are a few small scratches, marks, dings or dents that you would expect for such old tin container. There is very little surface oxidation as shown, and the interior is still nice and shiny. This vintage Maxwell House Coffee advertising tin would make a great addition to your collection!
