This is a Vintage Solid 14k Yellow Gold & Garnet Owl Head Tie Tack, circa 1960s. The owl head is cast of thick solid gold with detailed features and deep red highly faceted garnet gemstone eyes. Stamped 14k on back post and weighs 2 grams (not including clutch back and chain which is not gold). Owl measures approx. 1/2\" x 7/8\". Good condition.
