Vintage 1967 Guild F-212 12-String USA Hoboken N.J. Acoustic Guitar:

Guild F-212 Model 12 String Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1967), made in Hoboken, NJ, serial # AN-1419, natural lacquer finish, mahogany back and sides, spruce top; laminated mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard. We consider the Hoboken-built Guild F-212 to be easily one of the best postwar 12-strings made, and certainly the standout of its era. The medium-sized mahogany body and spruce top combine to produce a warm yet bright sound with plenty of \'ring\'. The big wide mahogany neck with a center maple strip lamination and unbound rosewood fingerboard is quite comfortable. The F-212 was the world standard acoustic 12-string when new in the 1960\'s, and remains so today!
This one has been around and will need attention. The action is high. There is not much saddle left on the bridge. Overall length is 43 in. (109.2 cm.), 15 3/4 in. (40 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 7/8 in. (12.4 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 15/16 in. (49 mm.). It has scratches, chips, dings and dents.
There is also an acoustic electric plug in though it has not been tested and I do not know what brand it is.
You will need a luthier to look this one over to get it into tip top playing shape.
Action is high and will need a neck reset soon. Also be sure to check out the pictures to see the condition. It is in fair condition. Needs attention.
