Many will remember the FRITO BANDITO the friendly character for Frito Corn chips by FRITO-LAY.

From 1968, this green rubber version is a pencil top eraser.
He is about 2 inches from tip of holstered guns to the tip of his sombrero. He is smiling his trademark grin. Front of hat marked, “Frito Bandito” back “© 1968 FRITO-LAY.” He was banished from the advertising scene many years ago, as an unfavorable stereotype.
CONDITION: In general fairly good-no missing bits; some moderate grime -darker on hat brim edge in backand 2 puncture holes on hat-the size of a pen or pencil point.
