This is a set of 4 (15 inch) wire wheel covers (hubcaps) for vintage Cadillac\'s.
These are the kind that lock. They are NOS and have never been installed. The Cadillac emblems have never even been affixed to the wheel cover. All four emblems are included, as well as the bolts and the metal pieces that bolt to the wheel and the special tool for the bolts.
