Youare looking at a beautiful 1970\'s era Electro Voice 671 BH handheld Dynamic Cardioid microphone with High Impedance though it honestly sounds more of a mid range impedance making it great for singing and general broadcasting. This mic is dual Z for either setting desired.
I should state that this microphone may very well be N.O.S as it comes with everything originally included as well as the plastic mic cover and if it was ever used...you would never know as everything form the cable, clip and mic look flawless. Not a scratch...really amazing and it sounds brand spanking new.
This was the new generation of handheld microphones with a design that had less to do with making an impression and more to with practicality, common sense and superb sound quality. If you like the sound of the E.V 635A or the Shure 545 mic then you are certainly going to be impressed with the E.V 671 model.
As you can see in the pictures provided this mic is in excellent cosmetic conditionhaving no wear.The mesh grill looks new with zero deformation or discoloration. The original painted handle looks new. The microphone delivers a strong , clear signal and sure to satisfy if using for any live event. These 6 series mics are basically bullet proof.
The microphone comes with a vintage E.V 358 model mic clip and it works perfectly as well as looks very nice. Keeps the mic nice and snug but makes for easy release when needed. Mic also comes with a beautiful 15 foot cable that has the large chrome plated 1/4 inch connector on the end. This one is ready to plug in and play! both data sheets are included as well as the original registration card.
This is a truly nice find and will make an excellent addition to the vintage mic collection or something truly nice for any live event.
